What we collect,
and why.

This site is operated by SRI OM MAHADEV INC, trading as Skyline Lounge & Bar, 2012 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75201.

We only hold what you type in, plus the IP address the submission came from. Nothing on this site tracks you between visits.

• Reserving a lounge — your name, email address, phone number, the room, date, start time and length, party size, and any notes you add. The deposit is paid by card on Stripe’s secure checkout page; your card number goes to Stripe, never to us.
• Applying for and holding a membership — your first and last name, email address, phone number, how often you expect to visit, the interests you tick, how you heard about us, and any notes. Once you are a member we also keep your member code, membership status, renewal date, the payments you make at the lounge (amount, date and method) and a record of the visits staff log when they scan your card.
• Contacting us — your name, email address, a subject and your message.
• Full-venue enquiries — your name, company if you give one, email address, phone number, preferred and alternative dates, guest count, the time window, the type of event, and any notes.
• Joining the mailing list — your first name and email address.

Every form also records that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and the IP address it was sent from. The IP is kept to spot abuse of the forms.

Reservation, membership, contact and full-venue details are used to answer you and to run that booking, application or enquiry. They are not used for marketing, and they are not sent to Klaviyo. The only place reservation details go is Stripe, to take the deposit — see below.

Mailing-list signups are used to send you news about tastings, cigar events and member events — that is the only marketing we do, and only if you asked for it on the signup form.

When you submit a form, the venue gets a notification, and you get an acknowledgement from no-reply@skylineloungeandbar.com. Replies go to our Gmail address above.

• Klaviyo — mailing-list signups only. We send your email address and first name so the list can be managed and the emails sent. Nothing from the booking, membership, contact or event forms goes to Klaviyo.
• Stripe — takes the reservation deposit. Stripe receives your name, email address, phone number and the booking details (room, date, time and length) along with your payment details, and processes the payment as our payment processor. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page: we never see or store them. Stripe’s handling of that information is covered by its own privacy policy.
• Our web host — the site and its database run on hosting provided by Namecheap, and the notification emails are sent through that server.
• Google — pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, and the map on some pages is an embedded Google map. Loading either tells Google your IP address. The map only loads once you scroll near it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies once it loads, which is why the footer says so on every page.

Form submissions stay in our system until they are no longer needed for the booking, application or enquiry they relate to, and are then deleted. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Email skylineloungeandbar@gmail.com and we will find your records and act on the request. Marketing emails also carry an unsubscribe link, which removes you from the mailing list.

Skyline is 21+, strictly enforced. The forms are not intended for anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly keep details from anyone under 21.
